When your internet connection suddenly fails or stops working, you can try pressing the refresh button on your modem or router. If it doesn't work, you can try these alternatives.

USB Tethering

You can use USB tethering to connect your smartphone's data connection to your computer or laptop via a USB cable. However, your phone needs to have access to the internet, i.e., mobile data, to use this feature.

To turn on USB tethering, just go to your phone's settings and then connections. Click mobile hotspot and tethering. Finally, click the turn-on button.

Just like USB tethering, a mobile hotspot can be used to connect your phone's mobile data to a laptop or computer. The only difference is that a mobile hotspot is a wireless connection.

You can also use pocket WiFi for your backup internet connection. It is portable and convenient to use. Just like a mobile hotspot, this one uses wireless connectivity.
